我们拥有非常出色并热爱英语教学的教师，他们都通过了俱乐部各个方面十分严格的筛选。

  我们所有的教师都来自英语为母语的国家，并持有本科以上文凭及国际认可的英语教学资格认证（TEFL）。同时我们的教师还必须通过俱乐部特设的RHEC教师培训课程。

  我们所有教授商务英语的教师，都至少要拥有一个商务硕士学位以及两年以上相关领域的工作经验。

  我们的教师在教学过程中还在不断地探求最新的教学方法，开发更加优质的教学内容，及时接受课堂反馈，以确保进一步提高我们的教学质量。

  Our outstanding teachers are the heart and soul of the Rainbow House English training. Our screening process to recruit teachers is rigorous in order to make sure that only the most suitable teachers work for us. They are university graduates and hold an internationally recognized TEFL certificate, and must pass our in-house Training Course. 

  Our Business English Teachers are all qualified teachers with at least a masters degree and business experience. 

  Our teachers are constantly being given rigorous training on the latest teaching methods and are constantly being subjected to classroom observations and feedback.

Bjorn has a Master’s degree in Law (LL.M.) and is a TEFL certified English teacher. He has worked for major law firms in Europe and China and has also taught law and business English at several prestigious universities in China.
